Seslim Textiles started its Textile Manufacturing business in Uask, Turkey in 1967. The company produced handmade carpets and these carpets were made up of 100% wool.
Seslim Textiles had learnt that the people of South Africa had used blankets for almost every occasion and therefore saw great opportunity to open a plant in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Sesli Textiles ( Pty) Ltd was then established in South Africa in 2000.
In 2013 Seslim Textiles took on the production of yarn which consists of 100% Acrylic Yarn, 90% Acrylic and 10 % poly cotton, this yarn serves the knitting manufacturers
and the most sourced colours are Ecru, White and Gray.
The latest technology is used by Seslim Textiles in its production and can produce 70 Tons per month NE 20/1 and 60Tons /Month NE 3/1- NE 8/1,
the aim would be to double our production capacity by the end of 2016.
Seslim Textiles can produce different colours and qualities, the aim is to serve customers by increasing product category and to
manufacture the best quality products both National and Internationally .
